you can these are perfect for your sedan.. i have volk gts 19x10.5 +30 with a 245/40/19 tire and fits great.....these offsets are perfect on a sedan heres a pic of my rear .... bump for another pennsylvanian...lol

Did you have an extra hole drilled into the wheel to install the tpms sensors? It looks like it from the pictures of the back of the wheels.

 

they usually come with 2 holes 1 for tpms and 1 for the metal valve stem... back in the day they didnt but the last few years they have been making them with dual holes for tpms equipped vehicles

Is the only way to fill up extra hole is to use another valve stem (for cars that do not have tpms)?
