I don't mean to hurt the tread.. but NO manual transmissions do not have any pressure (in the fluid) so none of the fluid would pass through the cooler.
Auto transmissions on the other hand have a fluid pump built in them and keep a high pressure which allows the fluid to circulate through a cooler and actually cools the fluid.
But the oil cooler and the SC would be a great opinion for you!
