yeah its around that price plus shipping JIC are still available you can still order them. and they are opening a branch in the U.S in cali. i got an email from them saying they are bringing the product to the U.S.

JIC in japan is now closed, so its only JIC USA now, the coils wont be made in JAPAN no more so its wont be JDM.
