I have a set of KW Variant 3 Coilovers that I'd like to sell. '08G37 coupe is off lease, so I had to return it to stock (also selling the wheels/tires, will post that thread today or tomorrow). These were on the car for 18months, 15,000k. Good condition. No rattles, squeaks. Worked flawlessly. Installed/uninstalled by the dealership.

There are a couple of rips in the rubber pads only. The metal part itself is fine. I don't know if maybe the rubber pads were really stuck to the car when they uninstalled them... Here's a closer look.

 

^^ Can anyone confirm whether it's ok to install / drive like that or replacement is needed?

 

I have had a firm offer which I have accepted. As long as payment comes through, the KW V3 is sold. As soon as the sale is finalized, I'll ask admin to close this thread. I would like to thank everyone for their interest and input into this sale. :-)

FYI, I have sent an email to KW to ask about whether the somewhat used condition of those little rubber pads matter. As there still may be some interest from the forum members as to their answer, I will post that up as soon as I get it.
