i do alot of internet sales, i can tell you from my experience, if the buyer has tracking that shows delivered, paypal will decide in the sellers favor. seller only has to get signature conf for items $250 and more, under $250 delivery confirmation. and opening a claim with usps is a waste of time, i've done it too many times to know they wont do a damn thing but waste your time.

I also do alot of internet sales as well with my business.......and know the process and the P.I.T.A it is to go thru this kind of fiasco. Hopefully, everything will work out on its own.
