Second, is this a US coupe sports muffler, or a JDM Fujitsubo exhaust from Japan?
Fujitsubo exhaust is a option in Japan only, and is deeper and sportier than US OEM exhausts.
OEM = American part JDM= Japanese part

I'm thinking you are selling the JDM Fujitsubo exhaust seeing the price.

Please clarify if this is a US exhaust off a sports coupe, or a JDM fujitsubo exhaust please

Hmmm, They look very similar, here is the JDM / NISMO / Fujitsubo exhaust I'm talking about:
JDM NISSAN FUJITSUBO / NISMO EXHAUST INFINITI G37 2DR | eBay

I'm not sure they are the same because the add states it's only an option in Japan, where the exhaust you are selling looks like it is an option here

This is the fujitsubo from Japan, they offer it as an option now here in the states. You learn something new every day I guess
