Arrow RAYS Prodrive gc-014i Wheels 19x8.5 +22et

Category: Wheels & Tires
Price: $1
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: 2010+ G37 Coupe, 2010+ G37 Sedan, 2008-2009 G37 Coupe, 2008-2009 G37 Sedan, Other Model G's
Location (State/Prov): CA
Item Condition: Brand New

This is more of a feeler but up for sale my set of 4 brand new (boxes have been opened for inspection) Prodrive GC-014i "Forged Monoblock" wheels 19" x 8.5, 5x114.3, offset 22 in British Black (same as Volk's Titanium Gunmetal). These wheels are made by RAYS ENGINEERING (manufacturer of the VOLK wheels) and Bridgestone Japan. These wheels are identical to the Volk Progressive ME's but only the Prodrive version by RAYS come in this color. These are very light (just at 21lbs.) but strong Rays Forged Monoblock wheels. All wheels include valve stems and center caps.

PRICE: No longer for sale
*I've decided to mount them on my sedan this Saturday. They might be back up for sale if I don't like the way they look. If so, they will come with brand new Hankook V12 in 245/35/19's.
Will not consider shipping for now. Item is located in Irvine, CA.

Prodrive's GC series of wheels is manufactured in Japan using a unique patented forging technology to achieve the optimal balance between wheel strength and weight. The GC series are the lightest wheels in Prodrive’s range, and like all others, combine durability with performance handling.

Prodrive quality guarantees strength and precision for circuit use. By extending the spoke to the edge of the lip, it makes the overall face of the wheel appear larger. The large look of the transitioning to the elevated lip gives distinctive features to the wheel. Undertaking this in a forging process adds to the intricacy and beauty of the design.

GC-014i: 7 slits, 14 spokes, simple yet fashionable. Elegant style, yet strong was the overall priority for the design of this wheel.

Please refer to the below link for additional info on these wheels.

Will 19 x 8.5 even fit our cars? I thought the stock rims were wider?

I think the 8.5" is about right for an x sedan, though the offset would be way too low.

Cool wheels though. It's nice to see some.affordable, lighter weight wheels. Seems everyone is putting on 25+ lb. honkers on their cars

8.5 fits the sedans perfectly. These will also fit the coupes as well. Also, I can guarantee you that no stock wheels for the G's are wider than 8.5

I am running 19x8.5 wide on my RWD currently. You can run non-staggered wheels on RWD cars no problem. You get the benefits of being able to rotate/flip your tires to maximize your treadwear on your tires.

These offsets will work on the sedans without any issues as long as you are dropped. FWIW, there are many 2nd gen sedan guys running much more aggressive offsets.

Let me know if you guys have any other questions.

Already Jason? At least I mounted my old setup before I sold them!

The only stock wheel that I think it a wider setup for the G is the rear of the G37 coupe sport at 9".

Bump for a great seller and a brand new set of Rays!! GLWS!

LOL mike if these sell, I will just give my Nismo 19's a facelift with a new color and some spacers. If they do not sell, I will end up mounting some tires and still get another facelift for the G. Win win situation if you ask me. Thanks for the bump!

*If you are looking for tires to go along with this set up, I have available 2 near new (less than 200 miles) OEM Bridgestone Potenza RE050's in 245/40/19at an additional cost. You'd just need to pick up the other two for a complete set. PM me for details.

^ Yes, a lil off topic, but you can run staggered wheels on the X models just as long as you keep the overall diameter of tires the same.
