Could you provide more details on the repairs that were done?
It sounds like it was broken when it was being uninstalled and was JB Welded back together.
If you have not reinstaled them back into the wheel, how do you know that it holds pressure and is working correctly and what is to keep this from coming apart again with one bad pothole?
Interested... just curious on the repairs as it's hard to see in the pic. Thanks!

As for "testing and seeing if it was working correctly", yes it was uninstalled from my old rims and reinstalled onto my new rims for a very short period of time. So I was able to test them. If you haven't seen my picture thread, my new rims are bronze and dark so the silver valve stem stuck out like a sore thumb (I was thinking about spraying them black, but didn't want to deal with the chipping when I torque them down and during normal driving) so I had them replaced with short rubber valve stems that are barely visible. I like to always run TPMS but I've been running stocks without them so it doesn't bother me much anymore.
As for "what's keeping this from falling apart again", the JB weld.
As for "hitting one bad pothole", depending on how bad the pothole is, your rim would most likely break before the sensor does. So I don't know what to say about that.
Hope that helps! That's pretty much it, but if you have any other questions, just let me know
