why does it look like in one of the pictures that theres curb rash... it could just be me just want to make sure.

Because it is rash. The previous owner was not to friendly on the rims. Each rim has about 2-3 marks, with 1 having the rash...prob the pic you saw. If you click the pics you can see a larger image for inspection.
