Zspeed Performance makes a stainless steel one that's nice if you're interested. I dint have my OEM plastic one because I sent it to them to use as a template.

No, it's not cheap. It doesn't fold at all. It is one solid piece. There is a small door underneath the oil filter and drain plug that's held in place by 2 screws. Simply remove the 2 screws and the door comes off to access the filter and drain plug.

The ZSpeed Performance UnderPanel shown above is made from aluminum, They are powder coated now also.

This is the 370Z version but they are nearly identical.
