I think it makes sense for Sedan or Coupe G37x owners to consider a trade...Ill take either fronts or rears as long as it all matches. Need to make a decision here...should I just suck it up and go with the same size tires all around and staggered wheel setup?

You can run staggered wheels on an AWD.

EVERYONE, CALM DOWN, YOU CAN RUN STAGGERED ON AWD.

Staggered wheels are fine on a AWD model as long as the rim size is the same which S wheels are. I have a 09 G37 X with S wheels on them and 13K miles and I am fine. Now if the front wheels were 18” and the rears 19” that would be a problem because the circumference is different. But if the rim size is the same it does not matter how wide they are. You could run 225 in the front and 295 in the rear if you really wanted to.
