Why not?

Do I have to dismount the tires to get the TPMS out?

it cost quite a bit brand new and this stupid (!) light is just very annoying. up to you!

you don't have to dismount them but do require to release all the air and use the tire mounting machine to push the tire back so you can reach the tpms.

i dont know what they did to my tpms but when I put different ones on my car they were able to reset them somehow so I didnt get the warning light.
