I can't find the exact dyno sheet I was looking at before, but here is a similar one from GTM that shows the gains.

I've had berks before and gained about ~8whp/~8wtq. I can't really compare the two because I never threw these cats on but since the berks have a 300 CEL rating and these RTP's are significantly more free flowing, it's safe to say your yield would be greater with these.
