Horrible Day, totaled or not?

So today was a horrible day. I was traveling in the left lane on a 2 lane road when a person in front of me decided to go completely into the left lane to make a left turn and coming to a complete stop and her car was already turned getting ready to turn left when all of a sudden 10 seconds later she hesitates to go into traffic (my lane) then decides to just go for it and swerves back into traffic (my lane) where I was going 40-45 in a 45 mph zone. So I end up slightly dodging her then SLAMMING into her, which the impact was so strong that I bounced off her and went to the right and end up hitting a different vehicle (the white truck in images) which was in the right lane.

Heres a picture of the road (happened coming toward where the pic was taken, if that makes sense):

There was so many witnesses, about 8, the cops only got the story from about 4 people and the cops said everyone had the same story and didn't need anymore stories from witnesses. So they already came to a conclusion and decided that she was at fault and cited her.

Well I was just wondering what you guys think about the damage, do you think its totaled or not? My car was not driveable therefore I had to have my car towed, the tow truck guy said that he thinks my car could be considered totaled but maybe not, the insurance company will make the final decision. From what I know so far from looking at the damage, both side fenders need to be replaced, the right side headlight, and the driver side mirror and the driver side control arm (was snapped by impact).

The car that pulled out infront of me:

The truck I hit from impact:

Driver side of car:

Passenger side of car:

Control Arm:

Poor wheels:

Hope the story makes sense.

I don't think it's totaled though.

Good luck with everything.

I don't think it's totaled either. The air bags didn't come on too right? Good luck with everything. So sorry for this unfortunate event.

Doesn't look totaled at all, but you should hope it is.

No car will ever be the same after the accident.

doubt its totalled. the angle at which you hit probably just crumpled everything. always sad to see how much damage you get hitting someone when their cars dont look all that bad.
