wow that looks like a rough accident the fenders just wrinkled up. question are those body side moldings on your car? where did u get them?

does't look totaled, but you should hope it is... talk to your adjuster and complain that it ain't safe! insurance should cover it

Yeah diminished value money is the amount your car depreciates since it's been in a accident. Make sure you get her insurance company to reinburse you for that.
