+1 interested in finding out the same thing.

 

Well, after 3 weeks of arguing with the other driver's insurance company, my car is being totaled out. The estimated damages are currently at $23K (initial write-up plus 1 supplement) and the collision center adjuster thinks this would go up once they start removing the body panels.
After much back and forth arguing, I am going to get NADA value plus tax for my car. This is fair considering what i paid for the car and is much higher than their initial offer of $ 24K.
It will probably take a couple more weeks for all of the paper work to be finalized and get my check. I already have the dealership looking for a 2010 G37 sedan with journey, premium, sport & navigation, Graphite Shadow/Graphite Leather as a replacement. Hopefully Infiniti will give me a "customer loyalty" discount for purchasing 2 G37s in a 3 month period.
I'll try to post some pictures of the new G37 once I finish the process.

Hey I totaled my 08 sedan and now I have a 10 sedan. I was actually happy about the total lost. The 10 is awesome! Like my car sales guy said, "it's meant to be."

 

At last, there is light at the end of the tunnel. I went the dealership today and signed the papers on a new 2010 G37 Journey sedan: Smoky Quartz with Graphite interior, premium, sport, nav, illuminated kick-plates, black grill, splash guards, trunk matt & cargo net.
I'll have to post some pics after I pick it up tomorrow.
