Nah, that's not an IPL kit (well, sideskirts might be).
Actually, found out whos it is.
It belongs to a forum member (who does have an IPL kit now, I believe)
The bumper in the above pic is the stillen bumper, not sure about the side skirts

Looks like breftayka's G but I believe he sold it along time ago. Veils1de is right its the stillen front and ipl sides.
