What's that so special about Vossens to make them so popular among the forum ?

They are a very popular wheel on this platform and and number of others. The only thing I know of about them that's "special" is that they are known for having exceptionally good customer service, attractive original designs, and they do a better job than anyone of marketing the hell out of them. That's enough to make them popular. They are cheaper than higher end forged wheels. That's enough to make them popular. They have a good warranty that actually seems to get honored. That makes them popular.
They're kind of like a crappy pop song. Once you hear it everywhere you go and it's in your head and you are exposed to it everywhere, you find yourself unconsciously singing along before you know it. It's an earworm. You are hooked. Vossen is the Britney Spears of wheels. They'll never be what Volk Racing is, but I don't get the impression that they're trying to. They're immensely successfully carving out their own niche. Every customer they take away from Rota or Varstoen is a good thing.
