Eric, do you have any editing program? CS5 or lightroom? What camera are you using? Just asking because usually they come with a bundled editing software. When you shoot in RAW mode (not jpg) you actually have more flexibilty in edting your pictures. Also, uou can have a free trial of lightroom 4. That's the only editing program I use and I think it works great if you don't need the features of photoshop.
Thanks. We all start somewhere. Only way to get better is to keep shooting. Don't be afraid to take shots on weird angles (I usually lay on my belly on the streets to get low antle shots). If I had your car, believe me I would take pictures of it. Ight and day. Lol. I'll forget about other people's ride. Hahaha. Jk

The D90 is awesome! It's me that I'd not so awesome because I own such a great camera yet know little to nothing about its features

Ha! Ian and Bolo knows I'd shoot their cars anytime my schedule permits. It'll take more than a few words from me to even make those guys mad. They talk s#!t on each other's car everyday its like common language. Lol
Take advantage of your editing tools man.
youtube has a lot of tutorials when it comes to editing as well.Btw, my bro lives in SF right now and I might visit him last week of june if things go according to plan.

Soundmike is your number one source of info that you can ask about the D90. He's my idol, his work is what makes me strive to become a better photographer.

Cough cough! Are you bringing your gear? It might be calling for a photoshoot lol
You're too nice, and extremely modest. Agreed on online resources! Amazing the stuff readily available at your fingertips these days. A far cry from the BBS days.

I haven't been posting much recently, but here's a bunch of rather old stuff.

These are probably the newest shots, haven't had much time to do anything else.

Good start! May i suggest playing with highlights and shadow detail instead? HDR is nice, but too much of it combined with not enough proper processing and you start getting the glow -- unless of course that's the style you want. I personally prefer HDR's that lean closer to natural.
Also, play with your contrast a bit, it will help the image pop out more. Perhaps even level up with the horizon.
Okay, i'll stop now before i completely kill the theme of this thread.
Feel free to PM if you want to talk more about PP.
