Yeah, I know man. I'm pretty pissed. I was going to work today and got a vibration so I slowed down and pulled right a lane to see if it was the road. It continued so I pulled to the side and as I got down to 30mph it shredded itself. My normal tires are V12's in 275/30R20... I had an immediate need for tires and the best deal I could get on a Sunday was the RE760's also in 275/30R20. My wheels are 20x10.5 rear, can't remember the offset, maybe +30.

But I still don't get it ? ... were the tires new or used... If new, that's gotta be a manufactures defect. Did you take it back to the tire shop?

^ That's actually what I was thinking. I only took it back to get the tire removed from the wheel and told them I'd be getting back with them later to discuss the dent in my wheel from it. Firestone on Convoy St in Mira Mesa. What can I do if they refuse to replace the tire free and/or repair the wheel damage?
I don't think you'll have any problems replacing the tire for free. It's gotta be a tire defect. But if you do have problems, I'd take it up to Firestone Corporate. Good luck man.
