Nah Avo, its just an LED inside the lens. As soon as I turn on my headlights, the HID beam overtakes the red LED.

Thanks man, I think I might be doing the roof soon. I might try the vinyl first, and if I like it, I will get it painted high-gloss. Vinyl kinda sucks on G's with a moonroof because you can tell the difference in gloss from the moon roof and vinyl.

Yeah, that was one of the concerns for Raul. But he told me that there is a metal that actually protects the LED from the HID light beam. Kinda hard to explain w/ out actually demonstrating it.

Thanks Hispeed. Yeah, demon ye has been around for quite some time, but unfortunately no one in the West Coast (to my knowledge) was offering any LED work. Unfortunately, I am the guinea pig for Raul

The LED is wired to the Amber Strip, so when my parking lights are on, the LED turns on. We might go back and apply its own individual kill switch so that I can turn on and off when ever I want.
