Ok so first remove it with laquer thinner, once Its all gone use meguairs compound and rub it to shine, done! Not paint thinner! That will eat the plastic, laquer thinner!

Nice job, these lights look really good. I think I might be your first customer that posted on this thread. Let me know when your available. I want to get my lights a dark red (kinda like Kevins, but slightly darker) Send me a PM.

Hey Doggy, nice job! I'm up for some dark red tails exactly like Kevin's. Let me know when you have perfected the color and I'm in!

Are you using rattle can or paint out of a spray gun? Are you clearing also?

It's the vht nite shades out of a can, then I do a few coats of clear, usually 4, then gotta wetsand and buff, it's a long process but then end result is nice! when I was younger I went to an autoshop in my area that charges 300 for tints I convinced the guy to tell me there steps and surpringly it's the same thing vht nite shades with some clear, all out of a can.

Definitely, I'm actually doin some more mad scientist work mixing different paints to get different colors, kevins is a few drops of a red in some clear, that's my next project but I'm trying to get an aircompressor for my paint gun right now, once I get it down I'll give u a call, I also wana try to do other colors too if anyone wants to match with the color of their car
