did they replace them with the 2010 seats or 2011? if you had it done over 25,000 miles ago, I'm willing to strongly assume they were not the 2011 seats, because the 2011's just came out about 60 days ago.... So you answered your own question with support from members here saying the 10's do the same thing.
In my post I stated these are seats from the 11's, now the problem is corrected, all Infiniti did was give you the same junk seats. You should go complain and get 11 seats
