Dropped on s-techs!!!!
No I got them new off g-lover. And ya amf ur the one that convinced me to go with s-techs after seeing ur ride. I was looking at eibach but the drop was too little.
i had the s-techs on my g37 before i sold it and those springs DO NOT ride like stock lol. Idk what you guys are talking about. After 10,000 miles I was bottoming out everywhere and my passengers would complain of the bouncy ride. The car rode like ****, but it did look nice lol.
Hey there, I just lowered my car on s-tech springs and want to share with all of you. thank you to vadropped, he has his friend install them for a good price. So far I love the ride, its the exact same as stock, only difference is a little stiffer on bumps due to less spring rate, and i scrape on my driveway. Other then that my friends and everyone told me my car drives like stock. so for all you hater who say s-tech suck, they ride JUST LIKE STOCK. next I need to get a camber kit and some 20mm spacers all around. oh ya and I plasti dipped my wheels and trunk lip.
you mean higher spring rates. Hi
higher springs rates make for stiffer springs. Going with lower springs rates compared to oem will cause for softer ride and possible bottom out. (depending how low of a spring rate you went)
Idk why people say they ride bad to me I'm 100% honest it drives like stock but it's so low that it does scrape the ground a lot on speed bumps and driveways, I've driven my mom she didn't say nothing. So not sure what's up with you're springs lol. The stock S springs are way bumpier than the regular though. My friends base is way smoother then mine, maybe when the springs settle I'll get a bumpier ride not sure but amf has the same ones and he agrees with me, I'm on stock wheels though so maybe when I get 20s it'll change, by spring rate I meant since the cars lower theres less room for travel thus making it stiffer on bumps.
Congrats! The car looks nice, but you can't say it drives like stock.
You already said it's lower and stiffer. Those 2 statements contridict each other. When I first put on tien flex's I said it felt like stock, but that's a mental statement since I was happy about the new mod.
Over time and a few miles I could tell 12kg all around sucks for everyday use.

lower spring rate will allow for more travel. Possible bottom out.
Haha watever I like it. On normal road it's ok, and small bumps. If the people in my car didn't notice I think it's ok. I had a lowered f150 that drove like ****! I mean bad! Every bump it would shake the wheel and bounce like no other. Once on the freeway it bounced into the second lane lol that is what I consider bad.
Is it just me or does the rear sit lower than the front by a noticeable amount? The tire looks pretty tucked and in the front it's like level with the fender. I like the drop just sucks that it's not even. The other guys with s techs and aftermarket wheels it's not noticeable to me though
It doesnt really look the same in person. The driveway isnt level so the back sits lower, but i need a camber kit to pull the wheels, and some spacers and i think thatll get rid of that tucked look.
