i dont understand why spacers will cause rubbing

Seriously though, spacers push the wheels closer to the fender leaving very little clearance

I have stock rims, 275 rear 245 front tires. I wanna do a drop with Eibach pro kit plus 20mm spacer... will this cause me to rub?
