My car.[new pics!]
Just 275/30/20, left side was rubbing but right side wasn't, probably due to my weight. I'm already at -2.6 or so camber (atleast I hope the spec sheet is telling me the truth). I don't mind running more camber or raising the height, I just don't feel like paying for an alignment again. I'll see how it is after I trim the fender lining and chop off the bracket.
What else can you be rubbing on except for the fender itself? And the wheel should be cambering in during dips and bumps that you shouldn't be worrying about the wheel hitting the fender right? (unless your wheels are literally poking out with no camber, which does not pertain to me)

I just spaced out my rear to +20 on a 275 tire and had to shave the brackets. The wheel won't touch the fender at all since it cambers in, just hits the bracket at that one spot... sounded terrible
