Overall I like your car.
What's that above your front driver side splash guard? And keeping the plate on the dashboard only draws attention to the fact that it's not securely mounted on the front of the car, it will NOT keep you from getting a ticket in TX.
Do your lights yourself or have them done by someone locally, it's pretty easy for them to get damaged in transit and depending on who you send them off to it may take longer than you planned for.

Car looks great, I agree with everyone else needs a drop asap. Yea def get the headlights painted to complete the look on the car.
PS. Not trying to put nobody on the spot but if you want to be "Headache free" stay away from 180 customs their customer service is -0. I already dealed with them and my headlights spend more time on a fedex truck than on my car. There're other vendors in the forum that do headlight work examp. Danny at limited Ed. In the end chose wisely before sending yours headlights out. GL

Overall, I like it. Are those 285's on the back?? I say mild drop for sure should be next, and call me crazy but IMO, all blacked out wheels need a pin stripe(white in your case ) to make them "pop" Check out the vossen site to see how good a little pin stripe can look. Like others said, black roof would complete the panda theme....
