Yeah it is crazy because most or the people that live here can't drive in the snow and will cause wrecks. Now that is scary

There is crazy snow at my house right now! I'm talking huge fluffy flakes really coming down, no the tiny little wet "slush" we get every few years taht passes for snow. Isn't it exciting to get real live snow?

I know you aren't use to this weather either. I must admint that Houston drivers are horrific in the slightest little ice or snow. Having worked in transportations safety for years, we had far fewer problems with crashes during a blizzard in Utah or Idaho than we did with tiny a little bit of sleet in Houston. Nobody has the tires for it or the experience driving in it. I have ultra high performance summer tires that shouldn't even be driven below 40°.

Be safe. Slow down. Watch out for the other guy. Stay at home if possible.

We haven't had 2" of snow cumulatively in the last 3 snows. It doesn't even have to be any accumulation for us to go nuts. As soon as the first flake hits the ground, it's on. Schools are letting out early and some people are being sent home from work.

It's stopped for now at my house but a little bit of it is sticking on the ground.

We are getting snow at midnight 3 inch and it's suppose to be sunny tomorrow. I'm hoping it stays long enough where I get off work.
