I just dropped off my AIT bumper at my painter. I will be putting up some detailed pics very soon with much more.

looks great, nice to see we have more products out there, btw O.P. where's your hoooooood??? you should barrow someone from your clubs stock hood if anyone has a carbon one while your doing what your doing , some icky stuff can get stuck in places you don't want it.

 

Thanks for the concern I don't drive my car often so it's all good, hood and trunk is getting some secret love shhhh....

 

I cleaned my car a little and took acouple pics to show the fit. As you can see there are no gaps anywhere and fits really well. I do need to adjust the mesh some to get out any waves but that will be taken care of later.

 

Fitment looks great.

I'm not diggin it too much for some reason. Maybe it needs to grow on me. I'll check back in a few hours and see how I feel about it then

Is this grille available with a thicker mesh? Less see through and heavier, a bit more like the lower mesh in the center of the bumper?

Mesh is wavy because I just shoved it in. My car goes to the body shop in acouple days to have the AIT bumper put on.

I orginally didnt plan on installing the Ionic grill til then but thought I would do it a little early to get pics.

What is most important is the fit.

 

Mesh was also wavy in the other guys thread that he posted before installing and someone mentioned it too
