whats hlc or aus? your question was if your running an air ride system you cant run a stereo system? Of course you can, I don't see why not? Heck I don't see why you can't even stick a 15inch Sub in there, nothings impossible

which kit bro? UAS? Their kit is not on that website, but it's similar, again it's a universal air system so it basically can be fitted on any car, just modify it to fit over your struts for the front and put the rear ones in your rear bucket replacing your springs. Run your lines and then hook it all up to a compressor/tank etc and you're good. The kit runs 2150 status + shipping I think?? Give them a call and say 2c sent you or you saw 2c's car and ask them any questions or for pricing if you want, ask for Zack, he's my man for this! Everything is made to understand and simple to use once you know what it is and get the hang of it.

Good stuff 2C, ill give them a call.

I know how it all works and how to build a bag over coil setup, is that what theyre selling? Or is it bags over your stock struts? Full replacement air strut? Thats the kind of info i was looking for.

Ill hit them up tho thanks.

Your headlights are in the works btw.

Oh, it's the bags only. The kit does not come with a strut, you use your own strut (it could be stock, or a coil-over/doesn't matter). For the front you put it over your stock strut replacing the spring on the strut. For the rear you just replace your spring in the bucket with a bag and correct me if I'm wrong, leave the actually rear strut untouched.

If you want they have those 2 videos posted on the front page before you enter that has major info, on one of the vid it tells you exactly what they have to do also.

Link again if your lazy

Oh and if anyone wonders on it effecting your performance or what not, check this vid out

http://www.universalairsuspension.co...DRIFTONAIR.wmv

He's running on UAS bags

And as for speed etc etc, I gun it all day still and took it over 130mph stable no problems

Remember if you have coils, chasis upgrades, and sway bars, this shiet is amaaazing. Imagine keeping your performance and at the same time never ever scrape while going up something again Not only that riding up high it's more smooth, riding more low it's stiffer.

Hey G37Rider92649, can you post a pic of your trunk? I want to see how much usable room is left after the tank and compressors are in there. Would this setup fit in the spare tire well?

there is a version for that...i believe they call it the pancake version where it actually fits in your area where spare tire goes

Technically, the g37 coupe doesnt have a spare tire "well", its really a false bottom built up made of plastic. So if you were gonna remove the tire for the sake of the tank, you might as well just remove all the plastic too and have twice as deep of a trunk.

As far as a sound system goes, if you were gonna get a custom setup built, and were considering doing air, id get it done at the same time, so they could arrange your system with the tank(s) and compressors and have it all laid out together to accomodate eachother.

Ive been frequenting a vw forum to gather more info on air setups and ive seen alot of sick trunk layouts.

Heres a consolidated thread with a bunch of nice ones.

You would be able to make you trunk look very nice if you find someone with an imagination. Here in Houston to get your trunk done show quality, it would cost around $1000-2000. That is everything hooked up and looking perfect. CarToys here in Houston did and ISF that had (4) W7 with 6 amps. It was bad azz.
