What do you guys think of this concept? The wheel will come in 20x9 and 20x10.5 and will have a 1.5" lip in the front and rear. Only difference is the rear will be really concaved.

I want to know if you guys like the concave look or if you prefer having a big 4" lip in the rear.

 

I'd rather get no lip than get a 1.5" if I'm going for the concave look

Concave look with the small lip is sick, but i always preffer a phat assssh lip =)

 

The forum is kinda split on this. I say lip for sure. I dont like concave wheels on a G. Belongs on a BMW.

 

Why not get 4 inch lip AND concave?

holy cow, the fronts look more concave than the rears!!

I think i'm torn between the two.. if i got concave i think the fronts would have to be a little more concave than that. Can't go wrong with rims and a huge lip though!

 

where do you see a 4 inch lip on that porsche?

 

lip is behind the spokes. how about something in the middle?

I've been around G forums for a while and the consensus shows that about 80% (my guestimate) prefer wheels with lips and not concave. For some reason they just don't (in most cases) look right on a G as they would on a BMW or other car.

Why not a 4.5" or 5" lip ?? I would love to get some more lip other then the 4" my GT-30 are giving me ....
