school is going great. only one more class until i finish my nursing prereqs. applying next year fall with a 3.4. just have to cross my fingers that ill get in. while ill be waiting, imma start another major. thinking about starting on a biology degree then applying to optometry school. one of my friend's friend got in with a 2.2 . so heck yeah, im going to apply when i do get my biology degree. thats if i do not get accepted to the nursing program that is... yeah, dropping it would set it off greatly. the ssrs is collecting dust in the storage room. a 2500 dust collecting container.

yeah. as you know, its a pain to get into nursing school these days. its so competitive, thinking about volunteering at a hospital this summer so it would look good on my resume and at the same time, i will get the feel of being a nurse.

 

Yeah, it's like that here and nationwide. Your 3.4 sounds pretty good though. Volunteering is a great idea, more cookie points.

a 3.4 wouldnt get you in nursing school here. you need atleast a 3.5 to even be considered. at other schools, probably. heard from a friend that is in nursing school atm, that they might lower the requirement down to 3.4 next semester. hopefully so..

yeah, its stable at launch. its slow to accelerate but who cares. im in my 2nd year of prereqs for nursing. still young so i have the whole life ahead of me to get my degree. im just trying to hurry up to get a degree so i can start making that money.

 

My school required a 3.5 gpa too. Then they actually raised it to 3.6 during my junior year. Too many students trying to get in.
