Just for the record, I don't think painting the vents is a waste of time. Yes, it is very labor intensive, but it does add just that little bit of detail that really sets off the "wow factor."

I painted my dad's rotors for his SRT-8 last year but I did not do the vents, too much work. But if I had been paying someone else to do the rotors, I'd have asked them to do the vents too.

I need to learn how and where to get stencils. That really shows the detail involved.
