Nevermind found them..

I can see why they have such good CS, their wheels are expensive.

Hey guys, i just wanted to share my experiance with D2Forged. First i wanna say Derrick and Stephen are great guys. The customer service there is beyond A++. I've been through a fair deal of shops when i had the Evo so i know when the service is good.

To make a long story short. We had some issues with the fitment of the wheels. Most of it was due to the shop that i had the KW's installed at adjusted the toe and camber and with those adjustments it altered the fitment of the wheels. And also i forgot to mention to Derrick that i had the toe and camber adjusted from the beggining. So basically the car needed to go to an alignment shop to all the adjustments set for these wheels. Derrick and Stephen tried everything they could to make the wheels not rub...they even drove to a local shop to get a tool to adjust some stuff...but the final result was that it needed to go to an alignment shop.
Now of course i was a little unhappy that after driving down there and staying there all day that i had to drive home with the stock wheels and then come back after being adjusted...but thats not what happened. Derrick then offered to drive me and my boy home from NY to NJ, so they can get my car adjusted at a shop there and save me from driving back and forth. Now i don't know too many shops that would do that for someone. On top of that they bought us lunch (bangin sandwiches!) and later on bought us coffee and bagels.

In the end, even though after spending morning to night at the shop and not being able to drive home with the my wheels, i was happy with the way they handled it. The great customer service definitely out-weighted the fact that i didn't have my wheels. They even offered to pick me up from NJ when the wheels are done and drive me to get my car. So in all, they bought us lunch, bagels and coffee, drove me home, and are picking me up.

I have read some threads recently about people unhappy with there wheels and there service. So anyone who is in the market to get wheels, definitely give D2Forged a call. They will work out anything that goes wrong to get the customer happy and have great service...not to mentioned they have gorgeous wheels.

When i get my car and wheels back i'll let you guys know how everything worked out.

D2Forged
Hey Pat, thanks so much for the kind words. We have always attempted to give our customers the best service within reason. As far as driving you home it was nothing man. I have been stuck in those positions before, and as I told you on the way home, there are times when we have to go "outside the box" to resolve issues.

As far as picking it up goes, I don't mind coming to get you , just call me tomorrow and lets work out your schedule. I know you said later works better for you, and its the same here.

I'll call you tomorrow and let you know how the car came out (your alignment was JACKED UP btw!! lol). All seems to be well now though.

Lets talk tomorrow.
