Tucked is when the top of the wheel goes under the fender. Sunken in is like.. when the whole fender engulfs the wheel, like the wheels look as though they aren't wide enough.. or you have a widebody kit with stock wheels.

spacers bring out the wheel a bit, so its more flush w/ the fender..but it will still be tucked, i assume.
