Get rid of the chrome trim on the trunk and get an OEM spoiler.
Get your grill painted black or body color.
Get your headlights custom painted.
Change out all you interior lights to bright white LEDs.
Lower your ride with springs or coilovers.

That should keep you busy and broke for a while!

I'd first recommend a drop.. Springs or Coils as Kidcane recommended. Then I'd recommend a nice set of wheels.

The chrome piece looks great on the G37. Sure it stands out a bit more on Blue/Black/Red but it looks much much better than the OEM spoiler. The G35 needed a spoiler to look good however, the G37 looks good with the lip or spoiler. I can't tell if you have a sunroof or not, but a quick tilt will make it look much more sportier!

In this order:

Wheels
Lowering
overlays
exhaust
tint

That would be a great start.
