Hey guys, been posting here for a while and decided to post up some pics of my ride. Tanabe springs are in the garage ready to get installed next, maybe this weekend. ENJOY!

Blacked out my headlights. Actually painted them, no overlays. Used a matte black with a HINT of gloss (less than semi gloss). Smoked the amber strip, didnt want to completely remove it. Kept the shrouds around the projector chrome.

This pic is a comparison. I used to have BATs GTR Overlays on my car and if you read my other thread in the general section, wasnt happy with the fitment so I took them off.

Also blacked out my grill with semi gloss black. Left the top/bottom bars and mt fuji chrome. Thought it went well with the chrome shrouds. IS350 in the back is my girls.

Tinted my tails with 2 coats of tint and like 4 coats of clear coat. Didn't want the pitch black look, looks great in person and exactly what I was going for. You can tell they are darker but they arent TOO dark or TOO light. Oh, and my dog says hi. lol.

Finally, changed out the fog lights to Phillips 5k bulbs to make it match the HIDs more. Totally forgot about getting some city lights so I'll have to go back in there eventually...

Well, i just picked up an 08 Civic coupe as my DD. I have a 80 mile roundtrip commute to work so I'm short on money as of now. Next though will def be the Tanabe springs and the Stillen grounding kit is on order. I'm still deciding on a set of rims. Probably not going the GT30 route since it's all over the forums already. Suggestions?

yeah it took me a few days to decide to do the whole thing black or leave the shrouds. I'm glad I left them chrome, I've seen some all black and it has no definition whatsoever. Cant tell where the projectors are or any of the grooves in it.

How hard was it to change out the bulbs?

wasnt hard at all. you can go through the wheel well but since I had to remove my headlights to black them out anyway it was real easy.
