haven't had a chance to play with it this week yet.. hopefully this weekend or next week it will be done and primered at least. still thinking about colors to have it painted, but i keep leaning towards matte black

it wasn't bad, just a crapload of sanding to do.. there is a DIY on g35driver

thinking of picking up another grill to do it again though.. i think i found a better / easier way to do it on the g37 grill, but i need to try it out first

Wow, that looks really good. Care to do a DIY for G37s? Take pics when it's mounted.

lol i got aggravated with it and took a little brake, but played around with it a little yesterday...

also got a little dremel happy.. the entire middle piece that was behind the emblem is gone now. i filled in the back of all of the bars going across just in the middle to give them some strength. grill flexes a little more now, but not bad, and i think it'll be fine

just have a few spots to sand down and a couple that need a little more glaze, then it should be primered and ready for paint.. might wait until i get my new wheels to decide on a color for the grill / put it on though

Damn, so I guess it's going to be a while before we see some pictures of it back on the car huh? I just realized that your grill has been off of the car for a while now....is your car just sitting around not moving, or are you riding around without a front grill?
