Transmission problems. It had the DSG and it would randomly downshift while I was driving or sometimes it wouldn't shift above 3rd gear. I had it for about 4 months and it was in the shop for a total of 21 days. I got all but $1,200 back because of the mileage.

I got all the money I paid for the car except for $1200 that they deducted for the 6,000 miles that I put on the car. I think you have to have your car in for service for the same problem for three or more times and then you have to file a report with the better business bureau and they you have to go to a mediation hearing where they determine if you get your money back or not. You car should have a lemon law book in it that has your states laws about it.
