Pics with new window tint

Washed and waxed the car the other day so I figured I would toss some pics up of the new tint job.

looks great, really clean. How dark is that tint? 20%?

Blue slate really does look nice, and those tints are good, how dark are they?

looks more like 35-40% tint to me

You are correct. Anything darker and you are pushing your luck here in Cali with our stupid tint laws. I have yet to get pulled over with 35% on any of my previous cars.

Nice OP... I definitely dig the blue slate color!

Where'd you get the tint done if you don't mind me askin?

I'm in SD too, and want it done right.

I've only gotten quotes from tintdevil, bumperdoc, and the dealer (pricey!).

I got it tinted at Mr. Tint in Escondido. They have done tint on my last 3 cars and I have been very happy with it.

But did they shave anything? just tint over it? what was the process?
