Oregon area?

I visited Oregon about 3 months ago, and unfortunately I'm leaving So Cal and moving to Beaverton. Is there ANYTHING to do out there?

I don't know if I'd consider myself "lucky". I live in Manhattan Beach right now, the sun, beaches, night life, Hollywood, are AMAZING.
Now I'm moving to the rain-town where my G will always be dirty!
The only thing I saw interesting in Beaverton was trees and lakes. I guess it's time to try something new, I'm not bashing it because it will be my new home, but for sure nothing great compared to So Cal as far as entertainment and nightlife!

I did like the fact there was hardly any traffic though, I'm just looking for friends or something to do when I get there hahahah.

^ Murray Hill... welcome to suburbia. Nothing but stripmalls with restaurants, grocery stores, nail salons, and fabric stores... you will have a pretty close Infiniti dealership.

See revision... oh, on a sidenote...

The Portland metro area has the most Strip Clubs per capita in the US... if you're in to that sort of thing. Gotta hit up The Acropolis on McLoughlin... best steak deals in town. Stars Cabaret in Beaverton is a good one too.

And...

The coast is close by (1 hour)... Seaside is a cool town. Our water is colder than hell though. Camping, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, wakeboarding, snowboarding... if you like dirt bikes and quads, we got great sand dunes as well.
