I know, thread resurrection - but infiniti of kirkland has TRULY gone above and beyond, despite my presumptive assumptions. they're sales department isn't the best, but i can say from experience that the gentleman that truly stands out from the crowd, is Dennis. As for service, Kyle (now finance) and Chris are BOMB. they're upfront, and cover every bit of information without hiding any fees, etc.. they're fair and seem to lean towards taking the customers' sides when it comes to warranty work

 

i bought from fife and got 3500 off msrp. Beaverton only offered me 100$ off msrp. so it was an easy choice. goto fife.

 

New Infiniti dealership in Lynnwood... have yet to drop in however.

 

+1 for BI. Bought here twice. Have always had outstanding customer service and addressing of my customer concerns. Have had a lot of things end up being free just because they were feeling nice that day. ~$50 for oil changes, synthetic. Close to a lot of good bars. :P
