Here's the ramps I built..they are 5' long. I picked up a total of 3 2x6x8's from home depot and started off by cutting 2 of them into 5' and 3' pieces. Then I used the 5' as the top length and measured/cut everything else from there. Looking back on it, I prob would've used 2x8x8 instead just so they're a little wider and have a little more room for the tires. I made sure it will be super strong and not snap by layering it a few times. Cost me only $20 for the wood and wood glue and I used spare screws I had at home. Enough talking, here's the pics:

Those ramps are legit!

There's another person who made ramps by layering wood the other way around (parallel to the curb) and put a sheet of wood on top.

 

You mean like making 1 whole wood piece all the way across the width of the driveway so you could angle up the wood piece?

Your ramps look more sturdy. The ones mitch posted look like they might snap eventually lol.

But I'll probably combine both and see what I come up with.

 

Yeah good luck, you might even be able to get away with laying a piece of wood flat where the driveway meets the street and see if that gives you enough clearance.

 

I don't think a piece of wood in the gutter will do much. Since the tire doesn't hit that spot much. An actual ramp would be my only option.

That or I take a jackhammer to the sidewalk.

 

So ever since the meet i kept thinking about the car with white rims so i tried it out but idk if i should keep it or not. What do you guys think?

Isnt ur car blue something? it would be a bad mix if u painted ur rims white.
Stick with black or buy new rims!!!
