hey guys, i was wondering whether anyone had a suggestion on which dealership is better regarding their service department?? I don't have time or the facilities to do my own maintenance, so these are my two options. Was wondering whether anyone on this forum had a suggestion on which dealership to use. Thanks for the help.

 

Everyone I deal with there are awesome! Eddie Ramos is the service manager and Victor is for parts. If you talk to any1 in service/ parts know your in good hands.

I checked out both dealerships when I bought my car. I ended up getting it from Roseville as they were much more willing to work with me.

I live in Elk Grove but work in Roseville. I have been taking my car to the Roseville dealership for service and haven't had any issues... but then I have only been doing oil changes.

 

How was your experience '93tilInfiniti?
