Hey Eric, I'm thinking of getting the HKS coils from Lou, and I heard you can install them? PM me how much please.

 

i could install them only if it comes with the top shock mounting plate cuz i don't have a spring compressor. i just found out the hks does not come with it. if you get the JIC's or any coilover with the top mounting plate i could install them no problem. unless you get the hks and buy new shock mounts(which is recommended since your's has been used). i'll be gladly to install it for you. you got pm btw!

 

WildWes for gods sake please do not get HKS Coils....you dont know how many stories i heard about those....the ride quality was ...had one guy with a 350z brand new install it...came back the next day to the shop....remove them and just told the shop to keep it. I believe he got the Tein Flex and love them....just wouldnt want a G to go through the same experience....

 

i was about to ask him to think about the tein's coilover.

 

yes Teins...i havent met one person that gave Teins a bad review....my girlfriend is going to upgrade her ride to Tein Flex or Tein Comfort sport with the EDFC...where it can stiffen your ride or soften it...she wanted Tanabe coilovers because they were purple...haha big mistake...now she bounces everywhere hahaha...

im happy with KW.. tein is too much money for my blood

 

if tein came out before i bought my kw's i would've been all over it. the price is not that much of a differences and considering they have the optional edfc which makes it so perfect for our G's. i might even consider selling my kdubs and get the teins.

 

kw=teins money wise...well for their top ends....i spent 2k's on mine...regardless to say i am happy with Kw's...yeah, had i known about the edfc...which the shop was selling me as for my kw...would of been lovely to have either option to go from stiff to soft within seconds....rather the only process...but everyones each and own...cause i am sure everyone has their opinions on items...
