Hi guys, I took delivery of my 2011 G37xS coupe in white 5yrs ago in January of 2011. It was the first production of the awd S body coupes and I absolutely loved the car. I sold it a couple years back, got married and became boring and drove an 2012 accord V6 so I basically disappeared from the forums. But life took its course, hit my quarterlife crisis and in September I decided to get a new car. I picked up my new 2016 MB C450 AMG Sport in white and cranberry interior. Im over at the MB forums as well but I miss having the camaraderie and community of young car enthusiasts in the tri-state area. I was part of club lexus and myG37 and every meet was fun as heck. Lmk if there are any around and when and also if you don't mind me bringing a non G around. Cheers!

Congrats!! I almost came close to trading in my G, last year, for an AMG coupe. The dealer wanted 44k for it. Great looking car!!

Thanks guys! Yeah I didn't want to wait around for the Japanese to start bringing their twin turbo V6s stateside so when I heard MB developed their V6TT i was first in line. The interiors of the S4 and 335/340i did not appeal to me so I was stoked when the mini C63 came out!

As for the C400 it doesnt have the AMG tuned ECU and exhaust nor the C63 suspension. The transmission is also quite sluggish on the C400 compared to the newly tuned C450, which will be changed to C43 AMG in for model year 2017. However, unlike the drastic changes from the C400 to C450, the C43 is only a badge change. I know alot of people in the MBWorld forum who regretted getting the C400 months before C450 was released. Surprisingly, the C400 only feels slightly faster than the turbocharged 4 cylinder C300 and you don't get the crackle and pop sounding AMG tuned exhaust of the C450

Gorgeous Cage! If I wasn't such a freak for 2 wheeled transport I'd have the budget for nicer cage such as that... My heart lies in a saddle not behind a steering wheel.

Nice pick up. For me, its a simple matter of the availability of a manual trans! I looked at the C63 and the E55 before the G and that was what did it for me. I love the power from those Benz's but I REALLY wanted a manual car again. Have fun! What are your plans...if any? Ooh...does this have the back lit grill symbol?
