Devan Infinti in Fairfield, CT thumbs up
Devan Infinti in Fairfield, CT thumbs up
Just wanted to post in case anyone was looking for an Infiniti in the southwestern part of CT.
Ive always gotten good service from them (bought my G in a different state, needed a new driveshaft within 500 miles, they went to bat for me), but had an even better experience today:
Felt like one of my brake calipers was hanging up, especially after a "cold soak". Arranged to drop it off today, and get a loaner. For the heck of it I asked for a Q50, they handed me the keys to one they happened to have free. +1
They call me about my car. Brakes are fine right now but said if it happens again they will arrange to keep the car overnight so they are the first to use the brakes in the morning. +2
But we load tested your battery and it failed, so we installed a new one under warranty. +3
And oh yeah your keyfob battery was low, we replaced that too under warranty. +4
Point is I hadnt even mentioned any of those things....I knew the car cranked slow after sitting, but now 3 yrs old I just assumed its time to replace the battery anyway.
For anyone looking for an Infiniti dealer, highly recommended from me. If we buy an Infiniti to replace our Acura, I will be giving them my business, even if it costs a little extra $$$ over somewhere else.

Funny cause I didn't have a good experience with they wouldn't let me ground my car with them because I didn't buy it there, and was WAY over priced on a 60k service. :/
batteries from 2011 and newer the battery is covered under the 4/60 bumper to bumper.... and if you replace the battery with an OEM battery it comes with a 84 month prorate and the first 2 years of that prorate of the battery dies its covered 100 percent... and no dealer should ever charge you for a key fob battery thats crazy
