Window Tinting in Ma?
Any recommendations of places to get window tinting done in Ma?

Also, if you guys have had it done to your G, can you please post pics and tint % as a reference? Price would be helpful as well.

Eastern Glass in Somerville/Charlestown. The guy hand cuts the tint for your windows while you wait and watch if you want. He's been doing it for years, amazing work!!!

If you haven't yet found a place yet...why not just go to Sonny's in Saugus, Ma?
They will not tint past the legal limit in MA...they do an excellent job.
Haven't been there in a while, so I don't know their pricing.

why do you think the G has 10% from the factory? I had 35% installed and it metered right around there...

Mine was measured, but with the combo of factory tint and aftermarket it reads @35%...this was confirmed from both Solar Solutions & when I got my inspection done. Illegal tint below 35% is not passable on all windows here in MA.

Solar Solutions told me about the factory tint being 10% already and advised to install 45% over it.

I know nothing of tints, only that a slight shade darker would be a good contrast on my Graphite Shadow sedan.

What would I need to know?

Take my advice and go to Solar Solutions and get the same tint as mine...will be perfect!
