All pictures were taken by a professional photographer and are unreleased...making the calendar that much better

 

I feel pretty neutral about the whole situation. It's sad he's fighting for his freedom for taking someone's life, but we don't know what actually happened. The news article states he was speeding, if that is the case... he's pretty much screwed. I suppose they don't want to mention the details on what happened as it may hurt his defense.

Well if the police didn't bother to listen to the witnesses something is fishy... I definetly apologize though if I sounded to be against Dave. Your right I do not know the whole story and I hope that truth prevails
