LA tint Alexandria
I have used these guy's for 4 vehicles over the past 10 years. The shop looks like crap but they do good work.

F. Side 35/R. Side 35/Back 35
It is plenty dark without drawing too much police attention.
50 is the legal max on front windows in VA*.
I have a letter/card from the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles, allowing me to legally have the 35 on the front windows.
I have only been stopped once in like ten years, YMMV.
